About Afaq Rashid
I’m a full-stack developer with 6+ years building for the web, based in Islamabad and working remotely with teams around the world.
What I do
I work mostly in Next.js, React and TypeScript, on the boundary between design and engineering. That means taking a design from Figma to a site that holds up in production, then connecting the CMS, commerce and data behind it.
I work with AlimcoSoft, a software company in Islamabad, across web, mobile and desktop projects. I’ve worked on 20+ delivered projects.
Who I’ve built for
- Wondermind, the mental fitness company co-founded by Selena Gomez
- PolarPro, a camera gear brand with a headless Shopify store
- Zeal, a Series B payroll and staffing platform
- Consensus, an AI search engine for research
- Hearingly, browser-based hearing assessments
